to fully and completely release, indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless VENDOR
from any and all claims arising from the use of products or
services provided by VENDOR. This includes damage to patients
caused during examination as well as damage to machinery in which
products are installed.
UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, VENDOR MAKES NO
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT ANY
PRODUCTS SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED BY VENDOR AND VENDOR SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES
FOR LOST DATA, LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, COST OF REPLACEMENT
PARTS AND ANY AND ALL COSTS ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE, USE, OR
PERFORMANCE OF VENDOR’S PRODUCTS UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY,
EVEN IF THE DAMAGES COMPLAINED OF ARISE FROM VENDOR’S NEGLIGENCE.
VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, USAGE, OR
TRADE PRACTICE.
Purchaser also agrees that the substantive and procedural laws of
the state of Florida shall govern any disputes arising out of or
relating to use of this website, purchasing or service of
endoscopes or endoscope parts in any way and any litigation shall
be VENUED SOLELY in the federal OR state courts OF Dade County,

The items sold
on this website have not been approved by the manufacturer
or the United States Food and Drug Administration (“F.D.A.”). You
purchase and use them at your own risk. The F.D.A. requires all
medical equipment sold/repaired in the U.S.A. to have original
O.E.M. Parts. If you use NON OEM Parts you must register with the
FDA as a Re-Manufacturer.
You Purchase
any item on this website at your own risk if for use in the U.S.A.
If not in the U.S.A. you must consult your respective government
policies on using NON-OEM parts. We are a reseller and any item
may or may not have an M.S.D.S. or other any other documentation
supplied by the manufacturer as to product testing and
reliability.

PURCHASE PARTS CLAIM THOSE PARTS MEET OR EXCEED O.E.M.
MANUFACTURERS PARTS SPECIFICATIONS, AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
THESE CLAIMS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATE THE
CLAIMS OF THESE MANUFACTURERS BEFORE PURCHASING. YOU MAY ALSO
PURCHASE USED O.E.M PARTS FROM US.
USE THE
CORRECT RE-PROCESSING PROCEDURE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
is concerned with the safety of you and your
patients. We would like to remind you to CLEAN and DISINFECT
(sterilize) as recommended by the manufacturer, any and all
instruments in accordance with the manufacturers instruction
manual or reprocessing guide. Also refer to C.D.C. And O.S.H.A.
Regulations.
Limited
Warranty and Exclusions:
All customers upon purchase of any part, repair or endoscope
agrees to the following:
Vendor is not responsible for any defects or damage caused by
improper usage, cleaning, handling and storage. This warranty does
not apply to products, which have been modified without approval
of Vendor which have been removed or altered. Our liability under
this warranty shall be in any case be limited to the invoice value
of the product sold and in no event shall Vendor be liable for any
special or consequential damages. We make no warranty as to the
merchantability of any goods, or that are fit for any particular
purpose or end application, nor do we make any warranty, either
expressed or implied, other than stated above. Loaner instruments
used by any party which is Vendor’s property will be the sole
responsibility of Dealer or end-user. Any damages to the
instrument will be charged to the respective party. Full retail
value may be charged if severely damaged.
Thirty ( 30 )day Warranty On all Repairs.
Limited Warranty: Same exact repair redo at no charge. If it is
determined that original repair sent in due to additional breakage
and / or neglect, With "Redcrack" Stain ( Spiderweb )Removal,
Vendor is not responsible for any fiber ( black dots ) breakage or
if Stain is not removed . With any repair there is always a risk
of fiber breakage ( black dots ) in the repair of any
fiberscope! In some instances we may recommend sending the
equipment to the Original Equipment Manufacturer if certain parts
are unavailable. Cuts or tears in Biopsy Channels /Suction
Channels / Bending Rubber Sheaths / External Insertion tube /
Light Guide Tube Rubber Parts OR Any damage to equipment from
fluid invasion is not covered under warranty. Instrument must be
leak tested prior to procedure and cleaning.

Vendor offers a limited warranty on ( USED) endoscope or light
source / processors (excluding spare parts and consumables)
distributed by Vendor or through Vendor’s authorized distribution
channels. Any Endoscope / light source / processor which
any Repairs which have been performed by customer or any other
party and has not been authorized by Vendor, VOIDS warranty and
there are absolutely no refunds! Purchasers may be required to
provide proof of purchase to demonstrate eligibility.
Vendor represents and warrants to the purchaser that a Vendor
consumer storage endoscope or light source / processor at the time
of sale and continuing for Vendor's applicable limited warranty
period for the particular endoscope or light source / processor,
will function properly under normal use, be free of defects in
materials or workmanship, and conform to the OEM Manufacturers
endoscope or light source / processor specifications for that
particular endoscope or light source / processor. endoscope or
light source / processor found to be malfunctioning, defective, or
nonconforming will be repaired or replaced with another
refurbished endoscope or light source / processor of equal or
lessor value, at Vendor’s option except shipping charges. Cuts or
tears in Biopsy Channels /Suction Channels / Bending Rubber
Sheaths / External Insertion tube / Light Guide Tube Rubber Parts
OR Any damage to equipment from fluid invasion is not covered

Vendor provides no warranty for endoscope, parts, accessories or
light source / processor that exhibits physical damage or that
falls under any of the following exclusions: endoscope or light
source / processor packaged or shipped not per Vendor Packaging
and Shipping Guidelines; endoscope or light source / processor
damaged during installation or removal (such as broken connector,
broken pins, broken seals, holes, cut or tears in Bending Rubber
Sheath or any other part of endoscope, Minor / Major Fluid
Invasion, Acts of God ); endoscope or light source / processor
damaged by any user during use; endoscope or light source /
processor damaged by modification or repair not authorized by
Vendor; endoscope or light source / processor that has been the
subject of abuse, unreasonable use, or mistreatment; endoscope or
light source / processor damaged by environmental conditions (such
as corrosion or staining); endoscope or light source / processor
that has been defaced (such as label alterations, serial number
missing, serial number no longer discernible, serial number
invalid); endoscope or light source / processor with warranty
labels removed or destroyed; endoscope or light source / processor
damaged due to lack of ESD protection; endoscope or light source /
processor determined to be stolen or scrapped; or other exclusions
as published from time to time online .
Vendor provides no limited warranty for endoscope or light source
/ processors purchased through unauthorized or foreign
distribution channels; purchasers of such endoscope or light
source / processors must seek warranty coverage, if any, through
the purchasing source.
Vendor provides no limited warranty for endoscope or light source
/ processors that are purchased through OEM or otherwise as part
of a third party manufacturer's endoscope or light source /
processor or system; purchasers of such endoscope or light source
/ processors must seek warranty coverage, if any, through the
purchasing source.
Vendor shall return endoscope or light source / processor that is
not covered by warranty to purchaser by collect freight. Cuts or

the outside of the shipping container for identification purposes.
Shipments not properly identified will be refused.

If you are not satisfied with quality of a Parts or a Repair, We
will issue credit
once Part is returned, unused, within 5 business days of the date
and time first attempted delivery. Item(s) must be physically in
our Place of business. International Customers we will allow
additional **3 days, total **7 days. Over **5 days %25 restocking
fee. You must obtain an RA No. ( Return Authorization Number )
from us before returning item, No RA No. = No Refund! If packaged
items are torn open, 25% restocking fee applies. No refunds

own anti-static bag. When the original container is not available,
a corrugated container with a minimum bursting rating of 200 PSI
must be used. Ratings are generally located on the bottom of
containers. If foam inserts are not available, do NOT use "peanut"
packaging filler material, as this will not support and stabilize
the endoscope or light source / processor during transit and will
void the warranty.
